VirtualBox 2.0 - Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 5
After multiple attempts to load the latest Alpha version of Ubuntu in VirtualBox, it is clear that there is still work to be done. Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 5 is using Linux kernel 2.6.27 and is only in its Alpha stage and hopefully the issues will be worked out soon.
The virtual machine log file is available online. Hopefully someone will find it useful.

VirtualBox is an x86 virtualization software package, originally created by German software company Innotek, now developed by Sun Microsystems as part of its Sun xVM virtualization platform. It is installed on an existing host operating system; within this application, additional operating systems, each known as a Guest OS, can be loaded and run, each with its own virtual environment.
Supported host operating systems include Linux, Mac OS X, OS/2 Warp, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Solaris; there is also an experimental port to FreeBSD.

Hi,
Iam searching for the root password.
User "adminuser" and password "adminuser" works perfect.
But when i want to log-in as root, the password "adminuser" does not work.
Can you give me the correct password please ?
